At Southwood Garden Centre, we want you to be delighted with your home and garden purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and in a resaleable condition with all tags attached.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the products and include your original delivery note or the Return Authorization code inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our garden centre via a tracked courier; once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
