What is your return policy for garden furniture and decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for all non-perishable items, including garden furniture and home decor, provided they are in their original packaging. Please note that custom-ordered furniture sets may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do you offer a guarantee on your outdoor plants?
Yes, all our hardy outdoor plants come with a 12-month growth guarantee. If a plant fails to thrive despite proper care, simply provide your proof of purchase and a photo of the plant for a replacement or store credit.
Can I track my delivery for large landscaping orders?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. For bulk items like compost or paving, our local delivery team will call you 24 hours in advance to confirm a specific delivery slot.
What payment methods do you accept online?

Are your products available for Click & Collect?
Yes, you can select 'Click & Collect' at checkout. Most items are ready for pickup at our Southwood Garden Centre location within 2 to 4 hours of placing your order during business hours.
